Nope! We handle everything for you. If you know your current login info, that’s great. If not, we’ll walk you through it or get what we need another way. We’ll migrate your site, test it, and set up everything on your behalf.

As soon as you sign up, you’ll get a welcome email and a short form to fill out. After that, we’ll start migrating your website. You’ll get regular updates, and once we’ve moved everything, we’ll send you a temporary version to review. Once you approve it, we’ll launch it live!

Nope! We do the migration on a temporary version of your site so your current one stays live while we work behind the scenes. We only flip the switch once everything’s tested and approved.

Yes! We do the migration for you, whether you’re coming from GoDaddy, Bluehost, SiteGround, or somewhere else. You just provide access—or let us know if you need help with that—and we’ll take care of the rest.

Absolutely. We include SSL certificates, security scans, and daily backups to keep your site safe. We also update your plugins and WordPress core regularly to protect you from vulnerabilities.

You’ll get access to a support portal that has email and chat access as well as a resource library. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours. Design changes aren’t included—but we can refer you to someone great if you need that!

Your first contract with us is for one year and after that you can cancel with just 30 days notice. Your service will continue through the end of your billing cycle. We’ll send you a backup of your website files so you can move to a new host if needed.
